Alfeegi is the White Dragon Officer and keeper of the White Dragon Crystal. He is the Chief Secretary, watching over all activities within the Dragon Castle and keeping things organized. Since he is extremely strict and possesses a deep sense of righteous, he likes things to be done quickly and by the rules. He greatly dislikes people who don't follow rules or those that try to find ways of getting around him and the rules he sets.
He cares very much for the people within the Dragon Castle, despite the quarrels and debates he has with them. His constant lecturing is only a way to try to protect those around him and keep them out of harm when they don't seem to listen to him otherwise. He is constantly fretting about Lykouleon and Rath, as he feels they are very important to the Dragon Tribe and must be preserved. He is often fretting over Ruwalk and Kaistern, who either break rules together or cause problems separately.
Alfeegi is also very alert and pays close attention to detail, so he can easily sense when something is amiss. When Nadil hides himself within the Dragon Castle using a spell, Alfeegi sees through it and discovers the Demon Lord, which leads Nadil to strike him down to prevent him from giving off a warning.
SPOILER:
Meeting and falling in love with a Spirit of Death, he has no regrets when he dies in volume 11. He loves Ri-ma when they meet each other again, despite having met only a few times. He is pleased to die, as he knows he will follow her wherever she goes for eternity.
Though Alfeegi has died, he has been travelling and helping Ri-ma and Duuma, and constantly watches of the Dragon Castle. Even after death, he frets over Lykouleon, and knowing the Dragon Lord's death is near and the war between Nadil only making it worse, he appears standing above the castle or near Lykouleon's quarters in a couple of volumes (24 and 25). He even has an encounter with Sabel in volume 25, which many fans wondered if Sabel could see him since Sabel deals with the dead. That has been the longest inclusion since his death (his other appearances brief) and is the last one seen within the series unless I totally missed him while flipping through volume 26 xD
