Raseleane is the Dragon Queen and Lykouleon's lover. When Nadil held her captive in his castle, he placed a curse upon her that made her barren, unable to have a child with Lykouleon; however, the Demon Lord made sure that Raseleane would be able to bear him an heir. Nadil also removed her Dragon Eyes, the holy treasure that decides who is eligible to become the Dragon Queen, hoping that Lykouleon would no longer keep her as his queen. As proof of his undying love for his queen, Lykouleon refused to give her up, but Raseleane bears Nadil's seal on her chest, which serves as a constant reminder that Nadil wants her to be his queen instead. This magical pendant has the ability to close a person’s ears and mind, making the person appear lifeless. Knowing that it would one day come in handy, she gave it to Cesia so that could hold onto it for Rath.
Raseleane is very deeply in love with Lykouleon and she longs to protect him. She also cares for Cesia and enjoys having the young woman at the castle to dress up like a doll. The Dragon Queen treats her like a daughter and she loves going on picnics with Cesia whenever possible. The Dragon Officers all have a soft spot for Raseleane—even Alfeegi—and she can easily get them to give in to her demands.
SPOILER ENDING WARNING
After the return of knights and their allies, and after the death of Lykouleon, she is seen with Lykouleon's coffin (people still debate if that dinky thing really is a coffin or what >_>) and a suitcase boarding a carriage. She leaves Draqueen and goes to live in a mansion in a secluded area.
