Ruwalk grew up with Lykouleon and the two have been friends since they were young. He received the Yellow Dragon Crystal, becoming the Yellow Dragon Officer, as well as the Secretary of State. His duty at the Dragon Castle is to take charge whenever Lykouleon is away or unable to act as Dragon Lord. He's still a bit childish and he likes to get into trouble now and then. He also likes to get other people out of trouble whenever possible. Even though he likes to break rules, he knows how to be serious and get things done in an orderly way.
Ruwalk nearly died in the past when the possessed form of Illuser struck him across the chest. He barely survived and now has deep scars across his chest, which serves as a reminder of what had happened.
Ruwalk is a very good friend with nearly anyone he makes contact with. He becomes deeply attached to those who he becomes friends with, and he wants nothing more than to keep them safe and happy. He cares very much for Lykouleon and is one of the few who treats the Dragon Lord as an equal. Whenever Lykouleon is in need of help or compassion, Ruwalk is there to lend a hand. Despite his constant bickering with Alfeegi, he deeply cares for all of the Dragon Officers, and he feels to blame for the deaths of Alfeegi and Kai-stern, thinking that he could have saved them if he had been faster in getting help to them.
POTENTIAL SPOILER ENDING WARNING
During the feast after the final battle, Ruwalk is seen with Cernozura trying to feed her what looks to be a meatball. Though rumors of the pairing have always been around, I think Ohkami seals it with this cute shot x3
